This is easy and fast if you’re in a rush to get out the door in the morning, and don’t have time to sit down and cook a full hot breakie.
- 1 ½ cups rice milk (or normal milk if you prefer)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 medium banana, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blender until smooth.
- Serve straightaway
