Richy’s Recipes: Berry Banana Shake

This is easy and fast if you’re in a rush to get out the door in the morning, and don’t have time to sit down and cook a full hot breakie.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups rice milk (or normal milk if you prefer)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium banana, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blender until smooth.
  2. Serve straightaway

Serves 2.
